Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Choose Workspace: Select a stable, well-lit table or sewing cabinet with adequate space for operation and fabric handling.
  2. Unpack Machine: Carefully remove all packaging materials, protective covers, and shipping supports from the sewing machine.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Ensure the foot control is properly connected.
  4. Thread Stand Assembly: Assemble and position the thread stand according to the included instructions for proper thread feeding.
  5. Needle Installation: Install the appropriate needle for your fabric type, ensuring it's properly seated and tightened.
  6. Bobbin Winding: Wind the bobbin following the automatic bobbin winding system instructions.
  7. Thread Path Setup: Thread the machine following the numbered guides on the machine body.
  8. Test Stitch: Run the machine on scrap fabric to check tension, stitch formation, and overall operation.
Warning: Always disconnect power when changing needles, bobbins, or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts during operation.

Troubleshooting
