Unpacking and Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Raise needle to highest position using handwheel.
  2. Place spool on pin; follow numbered threading path on machine.
  3. Use automatic needle threader: Lower lever, hook thread, raise lever to pull thread through needle.
  4. Wind bobbin: Place empty bobbin on winder, guide thread, press pedal to wind.
  5. Insert bobbin: Drop bobbin into case with thread clockwise; pull thread through slot.
  6. Pull up bobbin thread: Hold upper thread, turn handwheel to bring bobbin thread up.

WARNING! Ensure machine is off or unplugged when threading needle manually. Keep thread path clear of obstructions.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug before cleaning. Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Clean lint from bobbin area and feed dogs after each project.
  2. Oil machine as per manual instructions (use only sewing machine oil).
  3. Replace needle regularly (every 8-10 hours of sewing).
