Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdriver (Phillips head)
  • Scissors
  • Needle threader (included)
  • Bobbin winder
  • Lint brush

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check that all parts are included in the box.
  2. Assemble Machine: Attach the free arm, extension table, and thread spool pins according to the diagram.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a properly grounded 120V outlet. Ensure the foot control is connected.
  4. Thread the Machine: Follow the numbered threading path on the machine from spool to needle.
  5. Wind the Bobbin: Place thread on spool pin, wind bobbin using bobbin winder, and insert into bobbin case.
  6. Needle Installation: Insert the needle with flat side facing back, tighten the needle clamp screw securely.
  7. Test Run: Run the machine without fabric to ensure smooth operation, then test with scrap fabric.
Warning: Always unplug the machine before changing needles or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts.

Troubleshooting
