Mechanical Sewing Machine

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdriver (flat head)
  • Scissors
  • Needle threader (optional)
  • Bobbin winder
  • Soft cloth for cleaning

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack the Machine: Carefully remove all packaging materials and protective covers from the sewing machine.
  2. Assemble the Machine: Attach the free arm, extension table (if included), and thread spool pins according to the diagram.
  3. Position the Machine: Place on a sturdy, flat surface with adequate lighting and access to power outlet.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the foot pedal to the machine and plug into a properly grounded 120V outlet.
  5. Thread the Machine: Follow the threading guide printed on the machine body for upper thread and bobbin.
  6. Insert the Needle: Ensure needle is properly inserted with flat side facing back, and tighten the screw securely.
  7. Test Run: Run the machine without fabric to ensure smooth operation, then test on scrap fabric.
Warning: Always disconnect power before changing needles or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts during operation.

Troubleshooting
