Unpacking and Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

  4. Automatic needle threader: Lower lever, hook thread, pull lever back to pull thread through needle.
  5. Draw up bobbin thread: Hold upper thread, turn handwheel toward you to bring up bobbin thread.

WARNING! Always raise needle to highest position before threading. Ensure presser foot is up.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning prevents lint buildup and ensures longevity.

  1. Unplug machine before cleaning.
  2. Remove needle plate: Use screwdriver to remove screws, lift plate.
  3. Clean feed dogs and bobbin area: Use small brush to remove lint and threads.
